We’re now looking for an ambitious, sales‑driven Recruitment Agency Manager to lead our East Midlands Airport branch. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 180 & 360 consultants
• Drive new business and maximise opportunities with existing aviation and non‑aviation clients
• Deliver high-volume recruitment solutions (temporary, contract & permanent)
• Take full P&L responsibility for the branch
• Build and maintain strong client relationships nationwide

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience as a Recruitment Branch/Agency Manager with a proven track record of building and leading sales teams
• Direct sales experience in a recruitment agency environment (commercial, industrial, or specialist markets) with full client portfolio management
• Strong business development skills and the ability to identify and secure new opportunities
• Solid knowledge of temporary and permanent recruitment solutions
• A full UK driving licence
