Location: Huntingdon with regular travel to the office, events and sites across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. To help us to achieve this we are looking for a passionate Recruitment Advisor to join our high‑performing recruitment team to attract the best talent to the business. You’ll work collaboratively with the business to provide advice and guidance on all recruitment activity, managing each recruitment campaign proactively to attract a diverse pipeline of candidates and select the best candidates using fair and inclusive selection methods, ensuring compliance with our policies.

Responsibilities
  • Collaboratively manage recruitment campaigns and support hiring managers and candidates, delivering a great customer experience.
  • Promote the Anglian Water employer brand at recruitment events, both in person and virtually.
  • Travel regularly to events across the region.
  • Lead projects to enhance candidate experience, recruitment processes, and sourcing channels.
Qualifications
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude to deliver in a busy, and at times challenging, environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Recruitment experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
