Are you organised and people-focused? Someone who enjoys making things run smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for someone like you to deliver a first-class Recruitment and DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) support for our customers.

What you'll do

In this vital role, you’ll handle the full range of pre-employment checks — from conducting identity checks, references and health checks to issuing contracts of employment and creating HR records. You’ll make sure every detail is accurate, compliant with legislation, and aligned with best practice.

You’ll also play a key part in providing a smooth, positive recruitment experience for managers, employees, and candidates alike. Your friendly approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities will help keep everything on track.
