Working closely with partners and hiring managers, the role is responsible for delivering a proactive, efficient, and candidate-focused recruitment service that supports the firm's strategic growth plans. The Recruitment Advisor will drive innovative attraction strategies and ensure an excellent candidate experience. This is a key role in representing the firm’s brand, values and ensuring its position as an employer of choice within the legal sector.
