Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
