A Built Environment Consultancy in the United Kingdom is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to enhance candidate experiences and streamline the recruitment process. You will be responsible for managing recruitment logistics, supporting onboarding, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in a fast-paced HR environment. This role offers a competitive salary and the chance to be part of a dedicated Talent Acquisition team.
Were flexible about where this role is based but our team is spread across Oxford and Birmingham so any of these locations would be ideal.
You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and Advisors supporting them throughout the entire recruitment process and ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience. Your main tasks will include coordinating job advertisements, screening and shortlisting candidates and arranging interviews. You’ll be the consistent point of contact for candidates directly influencing how they perceive us as a potential employer.
This role is crucial to our business and you’ll be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team.
