The Heathrow Shared Apprenticeship Scheme is a Heathrow Airport sponsored initiative that links local residents with one of the many supply chain partners at the airport. K10 manage this growing scheme and are looking to recruit a new Recruitment Account Manager to help them deliver this exceptional initiative.

There are no cold calling or sales targets within this role but you are expected to be an excellent communicator who can clearly articulate what you mean and manage clients, employees and partners in a professional manner, maintaining existing relationships and fostering new ones.
You will recruit, oversee and mentor a defined cohort of apprentices, that are hosted by partner organisations, whilst ensuring that a rigorous and well tested process is adhered to at all times. Client engagement and communication are key to ensuring the success of each placement.
Someone who is happy engaging with people at all levels, from directors, senior managers and business owners to people at the very beginning of their career journey.
You must be confident, self-motivated and driven to do things to the best of your ability at all times. You will be energetic, empathetic and enjoy driving others to reach their potential.

The ideal candidate would be of graduate standard with some experience of management of others and/or recruitment experience however none of these are essential.
