Recruitment Team Lead – DACH (Perm) | Technology

London (Hybrid : 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Salary : £45,000 - £65,000 + Uncapped Commission (up to 50%) + LTIP

Trust in Soda (part of Trinnovo Group) is hiring for a Recruitment Team Lead to head up our DACH Permanent team, focusing across Data, Cloud, or Security recruitment.

You’ll inherit a high-potential team, taking ownership of one of Soda’s most successful teams. This role is ideal for a strong Senior or Principal Recruiter ready to take the next step into leadership, or an experienced Billing Manager looking for more autonomy, opportunity, and upside in one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech markets.

You’ll have the freedom to grow the DACH Perm function your way, with immediate delivery support, strong client demand, and the backing of an established brand with AUG and SECO licences already in place.

What you’ll do :
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two, with plans to hire more by next summer.
  • Manage your own 360 desk across Data, Cloud, or Security recruitment within the DACH region.
  • Drive new business development while reactivating legacy client relationships and accounts.

Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across contingent and EHS (Embedded Hiring Solutions) models.
