A global game development platform is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist in Kemp Town Estate, United Kingdom. As a Recruiting Operations Specialist at Unity, you will be an integral partner in our newly formed Talent Acquisition team, supporting global customers across time zones with a globally inclusive mindset. Each day you'll collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, engage with candidates, manage headcount and job postings, and process offers. You will also support one of our business-aligned recruiting teams – most likely our Sales, Marketing & G&A organisation – and contribute to projects across candidate experience and process improvement. Flexible working hours across the week may be available, subject to manager approval.
