Recruiting Operations Manager – Nutrient

As a Recruiting Operations Manager, you’ll own and optimize the systems, processes, and experience that power Nutrient’s global hiring and onboarding. This role sits at the intersection of recruiting operations, people systems, and employee experience — ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings clarity and order to complex processes, and takes pride in enabling better decision‑making across the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve Nutrient’s recruiting process end‑to‑end— from job postings through offer acceptance.
- Configure and administer our ATS (Rippling) to ensure a seamless, data‑driven recruiting workflow.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, coordinate interviews, and keep hiring processes on track, updating stakeholders and leadership on recruiting activity and progress.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess culture and competency alignment.
- Build and maintain recruiting analytics dashboards to track pipeline health, source effectiveness, and candidate experience.
- Ensure the recruiting experience reflects Nutrient’s brand and core character traits at every touchpoint.
People Operations Support (25%)
- Collaborate with the People Operations team on onboarding, offboarding, and performance process coordination.
- Support HR data accuracy and workflow automations across systems.
- Help implement HR process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain awareness and capability of all People processes, including payroll, to support and backup when and where needed.
Employee Experience & Engagement (25%)
- Coordinate and track employee satisfaction initiatives and surveys.
- Partner with leadership to translate feedback into actionable improvements.
- Contribute ideas that elevate the employee experience and reinforce Nutrient’s culture of ownership and curiosity.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, people operations, or HR systems within a developer tools, AI, SaaS, or technology company.
- Hands‑on experience configuring and managing an ATS (Rippling, Greenhouse, or similar).
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to keep multiple hiring processes moving efficiently.
- Proven ability to analyze recruiting and people data to generate insights and guide decision‑making.
- A collaborative, “all‑hands” mindset — you’re as comfortable coordinating interviews as you are designing process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills across time zones and cultures.
- Familiarity with global HR practices (European experience is a major plus).
