Qualifications

  • 2+ years of tech (engineering) recruitment experience at a scale-up or large tech.
  • Cross-border and cross-cultural experience is highly appreciated.
  • Profound knowledge of all modern sourcing technologies.
  • Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously.
  • Fluent English required.

In this role, you'll be working with a high level of autonomy, managing a variety of international job openings for a global tech company. What the job involves
  • Full cycle recruitment for (mostly) senior engineering and product management roles across all our locations (CY, UK in particular)
  • You will be working with a high level of autonomy
  • Helping Wheely shape a more transparent and efficient recruitment process
  • Participating in marketing and PR activities aiming to improve the HR brand

  • This is an office-based role located in Hammersmith. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
