We are currently recruiting for an Inspection Recruiter to join our friendly, fast-paced established team on a permanent basis, to support our Inspection Business Unit. The recruiter will be supported by the established recruitment team for the timely sourcing and recruitment of appropriately qualified personnel to fulfil Bilfinger workscopes offshore and onshore. Training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate is supported and confident to excel in their role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the Operations Project Teams regarding all labour requirements and all recruitment is carried out in accordance with Company procedures.
  • Lead and participate in recruitment campaigns when necessary.
  • Pipelining of candidates for upcoming scopes
  • Source, select and employ suitably qualified personnel to meet all existing and projected manpower requirements.
  • Ensure all relevant certification and qualifications meet the position requirements, is valid and that all required documentation is verified accordingly.
  • Arrange NDT Competency Comp checks for new starts and rehires.
  • Arranging mandatory training and company induction and issuing of joining instructions for all new employees before mobilisation.
  • Maintenance of personnel electronic records in all relevant internal systems.
  • Participation on the oncall rota.
  • Working close with other support functions to ensure the smooth transition of techs between workscopes.
  • In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the position holder is required to perform other duties as assigned by the Recruitment Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven track record in a recruitment role
  • Experience recruiting for NDT Inspection workscopes, good understanding of the various methods of NDT and certification
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, creative and adaptable to change and manage multiple priorities
