We have an exciting opportunity within our Recruitment Team as we go through a period of growth. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team of Recruiters. The role reports to the Recruitment Team Leader and involves managing your own geographical area, overseeing key recruitment activities, managing the full candidate cycle, and collaborating with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process. You will be the main contact for recruitment queries from Hiring Managers and candidates.

This role includes four weeks of training at the Central Office in Belfast. It offers a hybrid working arrangement with regular visits across our services in Great Britain and the Isle of Man.

Salary Details:

Full-time, fixed-term contract for 6 months.
