Job Overview
Location: Hybrid Position (Remote and onsite as needed, comfortable commute to Atherton)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week), Hourly, Non-Exempt
Availability: 9 am ~ 5:30 pm M-F. Be available and on‑call as needed.

- $90,000–$175,000

This primarily remote role, with the on‑site interview (Atherton) required during the late hiring stage, demands a proactive, detail‑oriented professional committed to our core values. Duties
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Manage candidate relationships to ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the process.
- Set high service standards through the interview screening process, ensuring alignment with the elite family’s needs.
- Maintain and report confidential candidate data accurately, from application to hiring or termination.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone or video interviews, guiding candidates to identify traits for success in a high‑net‑worth environment.
- Coordinate and attend final on‑site interviews, evaluating candidates in person.
- Prepare candidate evaluation reports and update recruitment systems with accurate status changes promptly.
- Meet regularly with household contacts to discuss staff placement and HR issues.
- Serve as the Principal’s point of contact for recruitment, providing updates on job postings, applicant status, and interview performance.
- Deliver HR updates, including compliance notifications and required postings.
- Review and submit recruitment‑related invoices for processing.
Requirements
- Comfortable with commute to Atherton.
- Professional and discreet demeanor in all phone and email interactions with applicants.
- 4‑Year degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience working in a human resource capacity.
- Superior organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and report progress and results to a team.
- Excellent HR and project management skills.
- Positive professional attitude, team player, capable of working well with a vast array of employees and applicants.
- Tech‑savvy and resourceful. Familiar with internet research, LinkedIn, Gmail, G‑suite.
- Comfortable with iPhone, including texting, camera phone, and smartphone apps.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize well.
- Excellent command of the English, both written and verbal.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed. A 24/7 mentality.
- Legal to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass an extensive background check, including criminal, credit check, and reference checks.
- Familiar with California labor laws and legal interview processes.
