Key Responsibilities
- Support consultants with the full recruitment cycle, from advertising vacancies to placing candidates.
- Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms.
- Source and screen candidates using CV databases, social media, and networking tools.
- Conduct initial telephone interviews and candidate registrations.
- Maintain accurate records on the company’s recruitment database.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, providing excellent service throughout the process.
- Assist with arranging interviews between clients and candidates.
- Support compliance checks including eligibility to work, referencing, and document verification.
- Contribute to achieving team targets and business goals.

Entry Requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
- No prior recruitment experience required – full training will be provided.
Apprenticeship Details
You will work towards the Recruitment Resourcer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, delivered through a combination of on-the-job learning and dedicated study time.
Upon successful completion, progression opportunities may include moving into a Recruitment Consultant role or further qualifications in HR, Business Administration, or Management.
