Responsibilities

  • Forecast hiring needs and create agile recruitment strategies.
  • Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and marketing to elevate employer brand.
  • Write inclusive job ads to support DEI goals.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs using ATS tools.

As our Renewables Recruiter, you’ll
  • Plan by forecasting hiring needs and creating agile recruitment strategies for fast moving projects
  • Source smart by building pipelines of skilled, diverse candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and referrals
  • Own the process by managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from branding and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
  • Collaborate widely by working with hiring managers, marketing, and external partners to elevate our employer brand
  • Champion inclusion by writing inclusive job ads and support DEI goals across all recruitment activities
  • Track success, use ATS tools to monitor KPIs like time‑to‑fill and cost per hire
What We Need from You.
  • Proven experience in technical recruitment, ideally within the renewables or construction sector
  • Strong understanding of project based hiring and workforce planning
  • Experience in high volume or project led recruitment (renewables or technical roles a plus!)
  • Strong communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions focused mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence using recruitment systems and data to drive decisions
