About the Role
- Full‑Cycle Ownership: Manage the 180‑ or 360‑degree recruitment cycle for a pipeline of 15‑20 active roles (depending on the complexity and screening requirements).
- Expert Screening: Conduct in‑depth candidate screens to assess technical/soft‑skill competency and long‑term fit for the role and company culture.
- Candidate Submission: Prepare compelling candidate profiles and CVs, including writing a tailored cover letter/submission note detailing why the candidate is a great fit for the specific role.
- Feedback Management: Seamlessly manage clear, timely, and constructive feedback loops between the candidate and the hiring team/client.
- Process Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules as needed and guide the candidate through all stages of the process.
- Sourcing Partnership: Provide actionable, data‑driven feedback to Sourcer(s) regarding candidate quality and where to pivot or improve sourcing strategies.
- Offer Negotiation: Confidently manage the negotiation and offer stage, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Post‑Offer Support: Guide the placed candidate through their resignation, final start date confirmation, and initial onboarding preparation.
Success in This Role is Measured By
- Placements Made: Successfully filling roles.
- Speed/Time‑to‑Fill: Efficiency in moving candidates through the pipeline.
- Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive, respectful, and engaging journey for every candidate.
- Quality of Match / Rejection Rate: Submitting high‑quality, pre‑vetted candidates who progress quickly through the client's interview stages.
Requirements
- A proven recruiter with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Great communication / English speaking.
- Innate ability to build rapport quickly and use persuasion effectively, while maintaining a high level of professional judgment.
- Highly organised and can manage a significant, high‑stakes pipeline without dropping critical details.
- Thrives in an environment where relationship building is paramount to achieving results.
