We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will play a crucial part in expanding our Engineering and Development teams in the UK, identifying top technical talent, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

All candidates must be residing in the United Kingdom. This position is fully remote and allows you to work from anywhere within the UK. You will be contracted through Deel, our Employer of Record, and will retain all employment rights, statutory benefits, and pension programs. Private healthcare coverage will also be available.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end‑to‑end talent searches from first candidate contact through offer stage, including research, outreach, status communication, negotiations, and a superior candidate experience.
  • Act as a consultative advisor to hiring teams, guiding hiring practices and building teams holistically.
  • Coordinate candidate communication regarding interview logistics and ensure a professional experience throughout the process.
  • Schedule interviews (phone screens, video calls) between candidates and hiring teams, managing calendar availability across multiple stakeholders.
  • Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent across Engineering and Development.
  • Source quality candidates and build active talent pipelines from UK and international platforms.
  • Increase diversity within talent pipelines through targeted sourcing and engagement with UK diversity organisations in tech.
  • Track and maintain accurate candidate information within Lever, our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Use data and analytics to track sourcing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
What We'll Expect From You
  • 3+ years of experience in a recruiter role.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand talent needs.
  • Experience with social media recruiting, Boolean searching, and niche platforms relevant to the UK tech scene.
  • Solid understanding of technical roles and effective communication of job requirements.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Lever.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging outreach messages.
  • Understanding of UK employment law and best practices related to recruitment.
  • Legally able to work in the UK.
