The Recruitment Consultant Role
  • Focuses on contingent technical recruitment, mainly on the candidate side.
  • Consistently meets fee targets.
  • Manages the entire process from candidate sourcing to placement.
  • Ensures an excellent candidate experience.

Approximately 80% of your time will be dedicated to service delivery, with the remaining 20% on systems and data management.

We seek an ambitious individual to join our Motorsport team, which specializes in motorsport and automotive markets. Passion for Motorsport, F1, IndyCar is highly beneficial. We've collaborated with 8 of the 10 F1 teams, so enthusiasm is key.
