What you'll be doing

• Taking ownership of a warm desk within one of our four critical infrastructure sectors, building on existing client relationships while developing new ones
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process - from business development and job qualification to offer management and placement
• Partnering with decision-makers to deliver consultative solutions, not just fill jobs
• Expanding your personal brand and client portfolio, becoming the go-to recruiter in your niche
• Driving performance against clear targets and earning uncapped commission on every successful placement
