An exciting opportunity has arisen to work at Dell Stadium.

We are looking to recruit a part-time Recreation Assistant to work each week. A 2-week rotating shift pattern will be required which will include evenings and weekends.

Hours: 17 hours per week average (on a 2-week rotating shift pattern)

Salary: Grade 3, £24,796 per annum, pro-rata (£12.85 per hour)

Work shifts available to view via attachment.

The successful candidate can expect to be responsible for the supervision of customers, club members, public and contractors.

Applicants should be physically active as the majority of setting up and derigging involves moving heavy and awkward football and athletics equipment. In addition, you will be required to maintain a high level of cleanliness within and around the centre by undertaking regular cleaning checks and duties including following routine maintenance schedules.

Dell Stadium is Dudley’s premier Football and Athletic facility and most of your duties will involve working outdoors year-round in all weathers.

Ability to drive would be advantageous, as there is mortised equipment on site. Applicants should have a First Aid Qualification.

You will be expected to attend and undertake regular staff training sessions on a bi-monthly basis. You will be required to promote quality customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere at the centre.
