Part‑time Recreation Assistant position at Dell Stadium, Dudley. The role requires a 2‑week rotating shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.

Hours & Pay

Average 17 hours per week (pro‑rated), based on a 2‑week rotating shift pattern.

Salary: Grade 3, £24,796 per annum (pro‑rated £12.85 per hour).

Responsibilities
  • Supervise customers, club members, public and contractors at the centre.
  • Set up and derig heavy and awkward football and athletics equipment.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and conduct regular cleaning checks.
  • Follow routine maintenance schedules.
  • Work outdoors year‑round in all weathers.
  • Attend and undertake regular bi‑monthly staff training sessions.
  • Promote quality customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere at the centre.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Physically active and able to move heavy equipment.
  • First Aid qualification (required).
  • Ability to drive is advantageous.
  • Right to work in the UK; no sponsorship available.
  • Must provide documentation proving right to work.
