Job summary

Parkwood Leisure Limited is seeking a Recreation Assistant at Crook Log Leisure Centre to help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all users. You will assist in day-to-day centre activities and work as part of a team to deliver high-quality recreation services.

We offer full-time hours, a DBS check, and training. The role supports community engagement, career development, and inclusive access to leisure services for diverse users.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification is desirable but training will be provided.
• Role is subject to a DBS check.
• Ability to communicate across the organisation.
• Willing to work additional hours when required.
• Demonstrated identification with customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the safety of and enjoyment of everybody using the Leisure Centre.
• To partake in the management of all aspects of the daily activities of the Centre.
