Qualifications

• Strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience in a similar field.
• Experience delivering group sessions and managing group dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good IT proficiency.
• Proactive, able to work independently with strong time management skills.
• Knowledge of mental health interventions and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support service users throughout their treatment and recovery journey.
• Provide screening, assessment, recovery planning, and onward referral.
• Reduce drug and alcohol-related harm to service users.
• Deliver structured group sessions and workshops tailored to service user needs.
• Support social reintegration, resilience, peer support, and self-determination.
