What you will do:

  • Develop personalized recovery plans in collaboration with prisoners, focusing on achievable and measurable recovery goals.
  • Deliver 1:1 and group recovery‑focused interventions, using evidence‑based therapeutic approaches.
  • Monitor progress and adjust recovery plans as necessary.
  • Provide crisis support and ensure appropriate referrals are made for individuals requiring additional services.
  • Plan and facilitate group sessions aimed at improving recovery knowledge, building life skills, and supporting long‑term sobriety.
  • Deliver substance misuse treatment programs, including educational workshops, relapse prevention strategies, and harm reduction techniques.
  • Help prisoners address underlying issues contributing to their addiction, such as trauma, abuse, or family issues.
