Restore in Oxfordshire is seeking a Recovery Worker on a 6-month fixed-term contract ending March 2027 to deliver person-centred, recovery-led support for people from all walks of life.
You will work in indoor and outdoor spaces with individuals and groups, bringing an interest in horticulture, arts and crafts, cooking, and social inclusion. The role requires safeguarding, governance, and progress monitoring to help people build confidence and independence.

Restore provides welcoming, person-centred spaces, craft and art workshops, kitchens, allotments and shops, where individuals are supported in their mental health recovery and resilience. Our approach prioritises emotional wellbeing and connection, with structured activities provided as a resource to help people build self-esteem, confidence, and a sense of purpose. While activities are available to enhance recovery, our primary focus remains on fostering a supportive environment tailored to each person's unique journey.
