Job summary

With You is seeking a Recovery Worker in Wandsworth to provide support and advice to individuals experiencing substance misuse. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to develop tailored treatment plans and deliver interventions, ensuring continuity of care.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, strong communication, and building meaningful client relationships. Starting salary is £30,250 per year with an Inner London Weighting of £4,000.

Qualifications

• Have experience of working in a health, social care, or related setting.
• Have experience delivering services in a community setting.
• Knowledge and understanding of delivering evidence‑based interventions.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Resilient under pressure and able to prioritise your work.
• Flexible with working hours and able to support other With You locations when needed.
• Experience or volunteering with people who misuse substances is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver continuity of care through effective partnership working.
• Coordinate care and deliver interventions as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Support clients to identify goals and create personalised treatment plans.
• Manage 37.5 hours per week, typically 09:00–17:00, in Wandsworth.
