A leading healthcare provider is seeking a compassionate Recovery Worker in Truro. This role involves supporting clients in their recovery from substance misuse, creating treatment plans, and managing an active caseload. Salary starts at £25,000 per annum and will rise each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, to £30,000 per annum. The closing date for applications is 31st December 2025; this advert may close early should sufficient applications be received.
We are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people. Successful candidates will work as part of the adult community team, alongside in-house services which include outreach, hospital, clinical, criminal justice and a residential rehabilitation facility.
Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. You'll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and guide them on their path to recovery. This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they’re always treated with respect and dignity.
