Recovery Team Leader
Location: S6 2UW Sheffield
Salary: 30104 per annum then yearly increments up to 32317
Contract Type: Full-time Permanent
We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Recovery Team Leader to join our dedicated team in Sheffield. Working closely with our Service Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting our St Barts Service. As a visible and proactive Recovery Team Leader you will help to create a supportive and empowering environment for staff and our service users alike.
The successful candidate will have experience in working with people with multiple complex needs including autism; learning disabilities and diagnosed mental health conditions. You will have a broad understanding of mental health pathways and psychological interventions. Above all we are looking for an empathic person‑centred and understanding individual to support and help lead team.
