WithYou in Darlington at STRIDE provides free and confidential services, without judgement, to adults and young people facing challenges with drugs and alcohol. As a Recovery Worker you will be providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse.

You will be working within a highly skilled and knowledgeable multi-disciplinary team who will support you in your development and your ability to deliver the best care you can to our clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in health, social care, criminal justice or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity of care through effective partnership working and care coordination.
• Manage an active caseload and connect with clients quickly, ensuring respectful and dignified treatment.
• Carry out comprehensive assessments, assess risk, devise care plans and deliver evidence-based interventions.
