Recovery Navigator

Salary: £24,000 per annum

Are you passionate about helping people rebuild their lives? Forward Trust is seeking a Recovery Navigator to join our Recovery Support Team in Liverpool, supporting service users on their recovery journey. This role will involve regular travel to HMP Stoke Heath and occasional visits to other Forward Trust units, including head office for team meetings.
We are looking for a full-time Recovery Navigator, but we are happy to consider part-time candidates. Flexible weekend and evening working will be required on an ad-hoc basis to ensure continuity of support for service users.
We take a person-centred approach, working with multiple agencies to provide holistic, multidisciplinary support. As a Recovery Navigator, you'll be multi-skilled, flexible, and ready to provide support across a range of needs, helping service users transition, thrive, and sustain their recovery.
