Job summary

F1 Personnel is recruiting a Recovery Driver / Recovery Colleague for a leading UK Breakdown & Recovery organisation. Start with a 3-month agency trial with a permanent job offer potential, attending roadside incidents and transporting vehicles while delivering excellent customer care.

Shift pattern includes a 4 on / 4 off roster with paid training and accommodation provided during training in the Midlands, offering a clear path to a long-term career with reputable support and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have HGV Class 2 (LGVC) or higher qualification.
• Freshly passed HGV drivers will be considered.
• Strong understanding of Drivers Hours and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Attend roadside breakdowns of light vehicles (cars/vans).
• Load and transport to garages or home addresses.
• Deliver excellent customer care in stressful situations.
• Work in all weather conditions, independently and professionally.
