Job summary

A regional mental health service provider in Bath seeks a motivated Recovery Coordinator to join their crisis home treatment team. Qualifications

• Successfully completed NVQ Level 3 in Mental Health or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals and families in distress.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and home treatment alternatives to hospital admission.
• Conduct patient visits and provide short-term therapy work.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and support service users.
