Job Title: Recovery Coordinator

Contract: Temporary
Recruiter: Service Care Solutions (on behalf of a leading charity)
Pay: Up to £19 per hour (umbrella)

PAYE (including holiday): £16.68 per hour
PAYE (excluding holiday): £15.04 per hour

About the Role

Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a respected charity for a Recovery Coordinator to join their team on a temporary contract. You will be working with individuals affected by drug and alcohol misuse, supporting them through every stage of recovery - from assessment and engagement through to sustained recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload, devising and reviewing recovery and treatment plans.
  • Carry out triage and full assessments.
  • Deliver one-to-one and group psychosocial interventions.
  • Work with families, partner agencies, and colleagues to provide holistic support.
  • Support access to harm reduction services and community resources.
  • Undertake safeguarding duties, risk assessments, and case recording.
  • Promote visible recovery and peer involvement.
About You
  • Strong communication skills with experience supporting people with complex needs.
  • Knowledge of harm reduction, psychosocial interventions, and safeguarding.
  • Able to manage a busy caseload effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office (case management systems desirable).
