Change Grow Live in London is recruiting a Recovery Coordinator to support service users from entry through treatment and recovery journeys in a busy community setting.
You will assess, engage and empower service users, arrange onward referrals and work with partners to promote recovery, resilience and meaningful social reintegration.
The role requires excellent communication, group facilitation, IT skills and a proactive, collaborative approach within a supportive team.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
