A charity dedicated to supporting individuals in recovery is seeking a Recovery Coordinator in Brough, UK. The role involves guiding service users through their recovery, collaborating with professionals, and managing group dynamics. A strong background in substance misuse and excellent communication skills are required. Work includes case management and providing tailored workshops. This position offers 25 days of holiday and a contributory pension scheme.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
Within HMPPS, Change Grow Live will deliver substance misuse interventions to people who access our service within HMPPS Hull and set up robust release planning for continuity of care.
You will work alongside other Recovery Coordinators (case managers), Interventions Facilitators (group workers) and an Engagement Worker (duty worker). You will be supported by a Team Leader, and build other professional relationships with prison staff, healthcare workers and wider stakeholders, working collaboratively to support our service users.

£27,861.26- £32,002.35 (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)
