Job summary

A mental health charity based in Bradford is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to manage a caseload of clients struggling with alcohol dependence. In this role, you will devise, implement, and review recovery plans while working collaboratively with various stakeholders to optimize health outcomes. Ideal candidates will have experience with addiction issues and a relevant NVQ qualification. Qualifications

  • Experience of working with people with alcohol and/or drug problems and/or people with complex and multiple needs.
  • A driving licence and having access to a vehicle would be desirable but not essential.

Salary: £25,110 - £32,090 per annum

About the Role

The role of a Recovery Coordinator is to manage a caseload, devising, implementing, and reviewing ongoing recovery plans and treatment. liaising with the full range of workers and skills within the team, including family members and significant others as appropriate. You will help set goals in recovery and help people achieve their goals, in a safe and supportive way.

What You’ll Do
  • Facilitate and promote individuals progression from initial engagement, through structured treatment, to self-sustained recovery.
  • Manage an adult caseload of alcohol dependent clients.
  • Devising, implementing and reviewing ongoing recovery and treatment plans.
  • Reduce alcohol-related harm to individuals and to the wider community.
  • Working collaboratively with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals.
  • Scripting.
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:
  • Experience of working with people with alcohol and/or drug problems and/or people with complex and multiple needs.
  • A Health and Social Care NVQ or equivalent.
  • A driving licence and having access to a vehicle would be desirable but not essential.
