Job summary

Network Rail is seeking several Records Controllers for a 12-month contract based in York. You will review, organise and process large volumes of physical and digital records to ensure information is accurately captured and accessible to users.

You will support records improvement programmes through appraisal, digitisation, cataloguing and metadata enhancement, and work collaboratively with workstream leads to improve access, ensure compliance and help deliver critical project milestones.

Qualifications

  • Ability to accurately create, organise, maintain and retrieve records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities
