Recognition & Performance Manager

Location: Green Park, Reading. We will be relocating from our onsite Aldermaston base in early 2026.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 dependent on skills and experience

• Project management skills - with an eye for detail to keep projects on track and a focus for on-time delivery.
• The ability to work independently in an environment where you will be empowered to deliver.
• Experience in a complex, regulated, or defence-related environment is a plus.
