Responsibilities

  • Drive repeat sales in MSC and other services.
  • Coordinate customer follow-ups on proposals and contracts.
  • Collate data from the CRM for renewal projects.
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines and policies.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service satisfaction.
  • Prepare quotes and follow-up on sales quotations.
  • Negotiate terms with clients professionally.
  • Achieve retention targets.

This position of Recertification Sales Executive provides fantastic experience in telecommunication and paperwork management, and is well suited for anyone with a marketing background. This position requires strong interpersonal and organisational skills, able to respond to any enquiries via telephone or computer, so computer literacy is a vital asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive repeat sales in MSC and other Business Assurance Services
  • Coordinate with existing customers for timely follow-ups on QRFs, proposals, and issued contracts
  • Collate data from the CRM tool “NGPS” for projects due for renewal
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain high levels of internal and external customer service satisfaction
  • Support the RC Sales/SMEs team, primarily in preparing quotes and following up on sales quotations
  • Negotiate terms with clients and respond to online or telephone queries in a calm and professional manner
  • Achieve retention targets

Qualifications
  • Postgraduate or Graduate with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
