Responsibilities

As a Front Office team member you will provide a warm and welcoming experience to residents, ensuring that guests receive the best local knowledge and assistance. You will work within a fast‑paced environment, interacting with guests on a daily basis and supporting every member of the team to fulfil their duties. Your role includes handling enquiries, solving problems quickly and efficiently, and upholding the high standards and brand values of our hotel.
