A leading facilities management company in Whippingham is seeking an experienced receptionist. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail, along with BPSS clearance for security aspects. Days of Working: Shifts are either 6am-12noon or 12noon-6pm, Monday - Friday. You will have 1 guaranteed shift per week but will be expected to work extra shifts as required.
Please note: You will be working across two sites in East Cowes and will need your own transport due to 6am starts.
We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our team. This is a busy role with a lot of security responsibility so if you enjoy a challenge and are quick to pick up, retain and use new information we’d love to hear from you. Attention to the smallest details is essential!
