Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Head and Neck Unit, Surgical Division based at Burton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

If you are looking for an interesting and varied position and would like to work as part of a friendly and busy team this could be the position you are looking for.

We are recruiting a Receptionist to join the team within the Head and Neck Unit. You will help to improve the patients experience and quality of care whilst within the department.

The Head and Neck Unit is committed to developing and enhancing skills that you currently possess and will offer you the opportunity to gain further skills via a range of training courses designed to suit your own needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be working front line in a challenging environment and should have the ability to interact with patients and staff on a daily basis in an efficient and friendly way and stay calm in any situation.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the correct information is recorded using a variety of IT systems, whilst dealing with a variety of queries.
  • You must be motivated, have good communication, inter-personal and administration skills.
