A local healthcare provider is seeking a motivated Receptionist to join their Outpatient Reception team. Responsibilities include greeting patients, clerical duties, and liaising with medical staff. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to become a member of our Outpatient Reception team.
We have x2 Permanent Receptionist posts available. These posts are 37.5 hours per week and would be split across the four Outpatient Reception areas of the Bristol Dental Hospital.
The working schedule is 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (1 hour lunch). The successful candidate will be asked to do a 8.00 am to 4.30 pm (1 hour lunch) on a rota basis (Monday to Friday).
Duties include greeting arriving patients and their families, clinic preparation and general clerical duties under the supervision of the outpatient reception team leader.
