A leading healthcare provider in Norwich is seeking a dedicated Receptionist for its Therapeutic Services Department. This full-time role covers various shifts, providing essential support and services to patients and healthcare staff. Candidates should possess good communication skills, previous clerical experience, and a commitment to high-quality service in a vibrant healthcare setting.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Reception Team in our Therapeutic Services Department, based at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
This is a full time position at 37.5 hours per week where you will be responsible for the provision of a high standard reception service within the Therapies Outpatient Department. This position compromises of 7.5 hours per day, worked between Monday-Friday, providing cover across a 7am-7pm service. Shift start and finish times will be worked flexibly depending on the needs of the Business, and will be rostered based on early, day, and evening shifts. Flexibility with shift patterns and cover for planned and unplanned leave is essential.
We are looking to recruit a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our busy team by providing a professional and effective Reception service for the Trusts Therapeutic Services department. The ability to work autonomously, and within a Team is essential.
