St Mary's School, Heathfield, is seeking to recruit a part time Receptionist, Monday to Friday 12 to 3:30pm. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, efficient, flexible, friendly and reliable. They will need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a good telephone manner and be able to deal sensitively with a range of children, parents and outside agencies. They will need excellent IT and administrative skills. Previous school office experience using SIMS would be strong advantage but not essential.
