Hours:

  • Every other Saturday (same hours)
  • Training taking place this week

  • Greeting and assisting customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering and directing calls and emails
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • General administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document handling
  • Supporting wider office functions as needed
  • Opening up the building each morning and ensuring reception areas are tidy and presentable
