Receptionist / Sales Ledger

Black Fox Solutions are currently working alongside one of the country’s leading manufacturers who are looking for a Receptionist to join the team. If you are an experienced administrator with a desire to develop your accounts skills, get in touch to hear more details.

Working with a small team you:

  • Process sales orders and coordinate with sales representatives, stock controllers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment
  • Review and manage dispatched sales paperwork, verifying invoice margins and maintaining accurate records
  • Issue packaging invoices to customers and maintain all associated dispatch documentation
  • Handle incoming customer calls, providing information on products, pricing, stock availability, and delivery
  • Respond to general telephone enquiries and provide support across the sales and dispatch teams as needed

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working with sales systems and accounts software
  • Sage 50 experience is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
