Job summary

A local healthcare practice in Tees Valley is looking for a full time or part time Receptionist/Practice Assistant to provide exceptional service to patients. This role involves greeting patients, handling enquiries, and maintaining patient records. Candidates should possess GCSEs in English and Maths, alongside good organizational and communication skills. Training will be provided for those new to a General Practice environment.

Havelock Grange Practice is looking for a full time, part time Receptionist/Practice Assistant to join their friendly multi-disciplinary team.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be part of a supportive Receptionist/Practice Assistant team, who provide the first point of contact for patients and all enquires into the Practice.

Experience of a General Practice setting is preferred but not essential, as all training will be provided.

The successful candidates will have excellent communication and organisational skills.
