Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference. You will be based in our GP surgery and responsible for providing a high-quality and efficient administration service, with inbound and outbound patient calls. You will be the first point of contact for all our patients, and you will be expected to provide a friendly and supportive environment for patients and visitors at all times. You will also provide essential support to the clinical and management teams to deliver the full range of NHS Primary Medical Services. You must work with autonomy and a high degree of confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy and tact.
